To take advantage of the guarantee, simply contact Customer Support claiming Refund for your purchase. Please include a scanned copy of your failed exam and we will promptly issue REFUND.

Testking.com will not refund money if you request for another Exam as replacement of Original purchase. The new exam must be a like-kind product. However it may be less than, equal to but not exceed the cost of Original purchased exam.

How to Claim the Guarantee?

Before claiming the guarantee, downloaded products must be deleted and all copies destroyed. This guarantee applies only to single-user licenses purchased directly from Testking.

To claim the Guarantee, you must submit the Examination Score Report in PDF format within 7 days of Test to billing@testking.com. We will then issue Refund to the same card that is used to make payment. Give it a try and you will lose nothing! There is ABSOLUTELY NO RISK!

Refund of Product Can NOT be claimed if:

Refund Claim is valid for any Testking Testing Engine User who fails the corresponding exam within 15 days from the date of purchase of Exam. Customer can contact Testking to claim refund guarantee at billing@testking.com Exam failures that occur before the purchasing date are not qualified for claiming guarantee. The Guarantee Claim request should be submitted within 7 days after exam failure otherwise Team reserves the right of final decision.

• Failure within 7 days of purchase date. We highly recommend the candidates a study time of 7 days to prepare for the exam with Testking study material, it will make you understand the exam very well and pass it quite easily.
• Retired or Wrong Exam purchase. Testking.com will not entertain any claims once the product is Downloaded and Installed. In special cases where customer has paid for the wrong Exam and informed the Team about it in 24 hours without downloading Product we may consider swapping Exams.
• Claim can't be made if the Candidate's name is different from Testking's Account Holder name.
• Expired order that are no longer accessible or Outdated exam products for which update is already released.
• Guarantee can't be claimed for Exam received for Free or Special Discount price. Value Packs are not covered by guarantee policy.
• Only practice questions are available for Cisco, Avaya, CISA, CISSP, Courses / Professional Tests, EMC, GIAC, HP, Isaca, Microsoft, Oracle, PMI and SSCP exams so these are not covered by 100% pass and refund guarantee.
• Refunds cannot be claimed on Study Guides and Audio Exams in any case.
• Labs Preparations for any Exam are not covered by Guarantee so no claim can be made against them.

For the above cases and the ones do not appear but involved with the guarantee policy, Testking.com reserves All Rights of Final Decision.
